Gaza Foundation accepts voluntary donations to support humanitarian relief activities and assistance for families and communities affected by crisis.

Because donations may be allocated toward humanitarian activities after they are received, completed donations are generally considered non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Refund Requests

Although donations are generally non-refundable, Gaza Foundation may review exceptional cases, including:

• Duplicate donations caused by an accidental repeated transaction.
• A technical error that resulted in an incorrect amount being charged.
• A payment that was debited from the donor but was not successfully recorded.
• A transaction that the donor believes was made without authorization.
• Other genuine payment errors that can be verified.

3. Non-Refundable Donations

Refunds will generally not be provided when:

• The donor changes their mind after the donation has been successfully processed.
• The donated funds have already been allocated or used for humanitarian activities.
• The refund request cannot be verified.
• The transaction was successfully completed and there is no payment error.

4. Duplicate Transactions

If you believe that your donation was processed more than once because of a technical or payment error, please contact us as soon as possible.

After verifying the duplicate transaction, we may process an appropriate refund where applicable.

5. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe that a donation was made without your authorization, please notify us immediately.

We may request transaction information to verify the claim and may also recommend contacting your bank or payment provider.

7. Refund Review Process

Each refund request is reviewed individually.

Gaza Foundation may request additional information where necessary to verify the transaction.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be approved.

8. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method used for the donation.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

9. Cashfree Payment Processing

Donations on the Gaza Foundation website may be processed through Cashfree or other third-party payment service providers.

Payment processing, transaction verification, and refund processing may also be subject to the relevant payment provider's terms and procedures.

10. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, the actual time for the funds to reach the donor may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Donors should retain their transaction reference until the refund has been successfully received.
